With Gensokyo Delight ~ Youkais' Feasts installed, its teas, juices, sakes, wines, soups and popsicles restore thirst.
Supported versions
Everything on this page works on NeoForge, Minecraft 1.21.1, with 
Youkais' Feasts 1.1.2, and on Forge, Minecraft 1.20.1, with 0.5.2. The mod has no Fabric build and no build for a newer Minecraft version.

Soy sauce, mayonnaise, sushi and other dry foods restore none. Every value can be changed in the config.
Water in its kitchen
- The Kettle, the Fermentation Tank and the iron pots take fresh water of any grade. Tea, sake and soup are safe whatever went into them.
- A bucket or bottle of sea water won't go into the Kettle or the Fermentation Tank, won't start a soup in an iron pot, and won't cook Bamboo Mizuyokan in the Cooking Pot. Anything made from it would come out safe, which would make the sea drinkable.
